Introduction to Intentions Pages |
||
Introduction When you first join Reality Bubble you are able to set up your own Intentions page. We recommend that you print out the Sign Up form and spend some time writing down the top 10 things that you would like to Be, Do or Have (you can write more if you want to - the Universe is infinite!). We believe that there is no limit to what is possible, except that which we withhold through our own limiting beliefs. The Intentions page is therefore an opportunity to put your doubts to one side, and remember what it is that you truly want, what you have dreamed of becoming, or what you would ideally be doing.
What is the personal Intentions page? Your Reality Bubble Intentions page is an on-line list of your dreams and aspirations that you can refer to frequently, to remind yourself of what you want, while holding the feeling of already having what you want.
Writing your personal Intentions On the top of your Intentions page we will write "I am so happy & grateful now that... " followed by your Intentions list. We recommend that you write your Intentions in the present tense e.g. "I feel healthy and happy every day ", this is because it is important to see and feel yourself already having what you desire. Also, you should only write Positive Statements, for example, don't write "I get out of debt"; you can write "Money comes easily and effortlessly" instead.
Personalise your personal Intentions page You can choose any title for your personal Intentions page - therefore you can remain anonymous if you wish. You can also add up to 3 images that express what you desire. (We will soon be offering the ability to change the colour scheme on your personal Intentions page. We will email all Reality Bubble members when this option becomes available.)
Recommendations for using your Intentions page * We recommend that you look at your Intentions page every day, especially on Mondays. * Also, it's good to look at it in the morning or at the start of
your day. * Now think of something that makes you feel good. This is to get you in a positive frame of mind. * Go through your list, clearly visualising each point, with the feeling of already having/living your intentions now.
